Net Worth Planning and
pre-preparation are vital in unravelling joint
finances and planning for the future in relationship
breakdown and divorce or other life-changing
events. Breakup
Angels made this easier by
offering a
FREE Financial & Debt
Surgery at the Starting Over Show (SOS) in
Brighton on Sunday 15
March.
Breakup
Angels teamed up with Independent Financial Adviser
Bill Smith proprietor
of Scotia Independent and Debt
Adviser Judith Morgan to host
the FREE Financial Surgery at
the Starting Over Show to help with the financial
fall-out from relationship breakdown and divorce and
other life-changing events. As experienced
financial experts, Bill and Judith have been advising
clients in investments, pensions and debt management in
both England and Scotland for many
years.
Breakup
Angels aim is to
empower our clients by giving them the financial,
emotional and practical tools to establish where they
want to be; to create a plan of action and make sure
that plan is implemented - in line with the best
legal advice available to them - helping them to
achieve a best possible
result.
For example, on
the financial side clients are offered the opportunity of
finding out from experts how much their family assets are
worth, how much income they will need pre-and post divorce
and how to re-position their assets in the financial split.
They may require assistance in completing their Form E,
assessing the performance of current assets and funds and
what they need to do to protect their financial
future.

You don’t
have to be a celebrity to lose out in a marital
split.
With recent headlines focusing our
minds on how messy, unpredictable and costly it is to
ask the courts to decide how to divide marital
assets, the fact that many people agree themselves
and with the help of professional advisers how best
to part is often overlooked. But this is undoubtedly
the best way to split – by achieving a settlement you
have both agreed, saving money and emotional energy
in the process.
Bill and Judith have helped numerous
clients over the last decades plan their finances and
deal with debt, often in crisis situations. The focus
is always ensuring the client is best protecting
their interests and those of their family. Come and
meet them free of charge and learn how they can help
you.
