Her inspiration and expertise for Breakup Angels came from her One-Stop Divorce workshops in London in 2007/8 where she brought together divorce experts to advise on the best solutions to delegates who found inexpensive support in a safe space.

A regular speaker on BBC local radio and appearing regularly in the press, Kirsten is passionate about raising people's awareness about the value of seeking help before it's all too late. Professional Qualifications

Kirsten has worked in healthcare, publishing and travel at many levels and has an ability to cut through to the heart of the matter and to help people to see things they can't necessarily see themselves - and get out of a rut or a deep hole - as long as they want to. She is an accredited coach, qualifying with a Life and Executive Practitioner Coach Diploma (NMDip) in May 2008. She is also studying EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and is in the final stages of becoming an accredited Resolution Family Consultant.
