Kirsten's expertise comes from having to meet her own unusually
challenging needs through family breakdown divorce and helping
many clients over the last few years to do the same. Along with
other breakup and divorce experts,
Kirsten creates and signposts to the services people
need to save them time, stress and money through relationship
and family breakup and divorce.
Areas of
expertise
Kirsten specialises in helping
people manage, progress (and thrive, though it may
feel hard to start with) as they go through what can often be
a drawn out breakup or divorce process. She also
has special programs to help reduce anxiety and learn
tips and techniques for facing family court, mediation,
collaborative family law or CAFCASS hearings or
meetings.
Her
inspiration and expertise for Breakup Angels came from
her One-Stop Divorce workshops in London in
2007/8 where she brought together divorce experts to advise
on the best solutions to delegates who found inexpensive
support in a safe space.
A regular speaker on BBC local radio
and appearing regularly in the press, Kirsten is passionate
about raising people's awareness about the value of seeking
help before it's all too late.
She has appeared in several magazines, newspapers and
on TV on a range of subjects from "How it felt to be a
litigant in person" on the Richard and Judy show to
"How to spot an on-line affair" in Pick Me Up
magazine. Kirsten is also one of a handful of breakup
professionals on Greatvine.com the site for
personalised, telephone support from the country's best
experts.

Qualifications
Kirsten has worked in healthcare,
publishing and travel at many levels and has an
ability to cut through to the heart of the matter and to
help people to see things they can't necessarily see
themselves - and get out of a rut or a deep hole - as
long as they want to. She is an accredited coach,
qualifying with a Life and Executive
Practitioner Coach Diploma (NMDip) in May 2008. She is
also studying EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and is
